Eternal Father,
I offer you the most precious Blood of your Divine Son Jesus Christ,
in union with all the Masses celebrated today throughout the world,
for all the souls in Purgatory,
for the sinners of the whole world,
for sinners in the Universal Church,
for those in my house and my loved ones.
Amen.

📿 Rosary for the Dead

The Rosary for the souls in purgatory is a powerful devotion. It can be prayed with the Sorrowful Mysteries or the Glorious Mysteries, offering each decade for the most forgotten souls.

Suggestion to start:

“I offer this Holy Rosary for all the souls in Purgatory, especially those who most need God’s mercy, and for the most forgotten.”

Pray like a traditional Rosary:

My Jesus, forgive our sins,
deliver us from the fires of hell,

🕊️ Litany for the Souls in Purgatory

This litany can be prayed alone or at the end of the Rosary, as a supplication for souls who are in the process of purification.

Litany:

Lord, have mercy on them.

Heavenly Father God, have mercy on the souls in Purgatory.
God the Son, Redeemer of the world, have mercy on them.

Invocations (you can repeat or adapt according to the number of people):

Holy Mary, pray for them.
Saint Michael, pray for them.
All Angels and Saints, pray for them.
All the faithful departed, intercede for us.

📅 Novena for the Souls in Purgatory

This novena is prayed for 9 consecutive days, ideally in the days before November 2 (All Souls' Day), although it can be done at any time of the year.

Daily novena prayer:

Lord Jesus Christ,
King of glory,
I beg you to free the souls from Purgatory,
especially the most abandoned ones.
Call them and receive them in your light, in your peace and in your eternal rest.
Through the intercession of the Virgin Mary,
of Saint Joseph and all the saints,
have mercy on them and allow them to enjoy Heaven soon.
Amen.
